Need guidance or advice about your microbiome analyses? Visit the Center of Microbiome Science Working Group Office Hours!
- Working Group Office Hours are for researchers who are performing their own microbiome analyses and may need expertise, advice, or troubleshooting on code, tools, or approaches – from beginners to advanced practitioners. Drop in with your questions or your data and get expert help from our microbiome instructors!
- The link for weekly Office Hours is provided below (Tuesdays, 1pm via Zoom). Office hours can include Q&A or discussion about microbiome, virome, or advanced ecological statistics analyses.
- To ensure that our instructors are prepared to assist you, please click on the intake form link below and complete a short survey to tell us a little about your research question and data. A Working Group Team member will then get back to you.
