Need guidance or advice about your microbiome analyses? Visit the Center of Microbiome Science Working Group Office Hours!
Working Group Office Hours are for researchers who are performing their own microbiome analyses and may need expertise, advice, or troubleshooting on code, tools, or approaches – from beginners to advanced practitioners. Drop in with your questions or your data and get expert help from our microbiome instructors!
The link for weekly Office Hours is provided below (Tuesdays, 1pm via Zoom). Office hours can include Q&A or discussion about microbiome, virome, or advanced ecological statistics analyses.
To ensure that our instructors are prepared to assist you, please click on the intake form link below and complete a short survey to tell us a little about your research question and data. A Working Group Team member will then get back to you.
