- Microbiome Bioinformatics Helpline office hours are for researchers who are performing their own microbiome analyses and may need expertise, advice, or troubleshooting on code, tools, or approaches – from beginners to advanced practitioners. Drop in with your questions or your data and get expert help from our microbiome instructors!
- The link for weekly office hours is provided below (Tuesdays, 10 am via Zoom). Office hours can include Q&A or discussion about microbiome, virome, or advanced ecological statistics analyses.
- To ensure that our instructors are prepared to assist you, please click on the intake form link below and complete a short survey to tell us a little about your research question and data. A Microbiome Bioinformatics Helpline team member will then get back to you.
