IDI Annual Meeting Poster Submission

Poster Abstract Guidelines

  • Please include a title and presenter(s) name, title, departmental affiliation, advisor; 
  • Limit your abstract to 200 words; 
  • Do not include diagrams, illustrations or other graphic objects. 

The criteria for evaluating abstracts and posters will focus on three key aspects of IDI Research: 

  1. Innovation, 
  2. Impact, and 
  3. Interdisciplinarity

Selected trainee poster presenters will be notified by October 23, 2024.  

Previously presented posters from international meetings or other venues are permitted and no specific template is required although it must fit on a 4 ft x 4ft poster board.

If you are willing to have your poster be evaluated and possibly selected for a 10-minute oral presentation (5-minute presentation and 5 minutes for questions), the selected trainee oral presenter will be notified by October 23, 2024. 

Note: The top 3 posters will be selected for an IDI Annual Meeting Trainee Award. The award ceremony will take place at the conclusion of the meeting.
