The Microbiome Platform makes its programs and associated databases publicly available to all OSC <Heather insert link to OSC here?> users as applications and modules.

Once you've logged into OSC, activate the CoMS microbiome tools module system:

       | module use /fs/ess/community/CoMS_microbiome_tools/sif-apps_staging/modulefiles 

Once activated, you can view the CoMS microbiome tools, as well as others available system-wide on OSC:

       | module avail

To use a CoMS microbiome tool, load the module similar to any OSC module:

        | module load [tool]/[version]

This will display instructions for its use, as well as alternatives.
