The Microbiome Platform offers comprehensive support for microbiome science projects from guidance on experimental design, to DNA / RNA extraction and sequencing, to custom analysis of microbiome data.

Microbiome Platform services are built out and supported in partnership with the Center of Microbiome Science, the Infectious Diseases Institute, and the Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC).
