Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. Microbiome tools available through the Microbiome Platform

Anyone with an OSC account can access these tools.

Briefly, to use these tools, on a terminal session in OSC do:

  $module use /fs/ess/community/CoMS_microbiome_tools/sif-apps_staging/modulefiles

  $module avail

  $module load <tool/version>

This will load a brief description of the tools usage, and a link to its documentation. This also presents an alternative option to running the specific tool via Apptainer.
